<br />said estate was devised, subject to a life estate to said Rebecca Schroeder, his widow, unto the
<br />four children of said testator, to -wit: Margaretha Beachler, Henry B.Schroeder, Mathilda Wetzel
<br />and Clara Schroeder, share and share alike, to have and
<br />the Court further finds that the grand - children of said
<br />Rosalie Beachler, Dee Beachler, Elaine Beachler, Harold
<br />Schroeder, Darline Schroeder, Charles Wetzel,Jr., Donau
<br />and Robert Schroeder
<br />Donald Schroeder and Mary Schroeder,,,and that according
<br />to hold to them and to their heirs forever;
<br />testator are as follows: Jack Beachler,
<br />Schroeder, Phillis Schroeder, Maxine
<br />i Wetzel, Howard Wetzel, Joanne Wetzel,
<br />to the final report of said executrix and
<br />the receipts on file, said legacies have been paid and fully satisfied by said executrix.

<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the heirs-
<br />at -law and legatees in said estate, there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and to the United States of America, no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />The Court further finds that the time has expired for filing claims against said estate, that all
<br />cl&Ims against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied and if there are any claims outstand-
<br />ing which have not been filed against said estate, that the same are barred and enjoined as against
<br />this estate or any of the property thereof.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Rebecca
<br />Schroeder, executrix of said estate, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such. Fur-
<br />ther, that said Lot Five (5) in Block Eleven (11) in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Isla:id,Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue of the terms and conditions of the last will and testament
<br />of said George T.Schroeder, deceased, passed to Rebecca Schroeder for life, remainder to Mrs.Mar-
<br />garetha Beachler, Henry B.Schroeder, Mrs. Mathilda Wetzel and Mrs. ':.Clara Schroeder, share and share
<br />alike, to them and to their heirs forever, and that said estate has been fully administered and
<br />that said Rebecca Schroeder be and she is hereby discharged as executrix herein and her bond re-
<br />leased.

<br />foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE T.SCHROEDER, DECEASED,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said Deceased, and Certificate of
<br />Probate thereof, is made a part of the Final Decree.
