<br />Unto my beloved wife, Rebecca Schroeder, I give and bequeath all of my personal property, to be
<br />hers absolute. `1'o my said wife I give and devise all my real estate, wheresoever situated, to have
<br />and to hold for and during her natural life.
<br />3•
<br />I direct that there be paid to each of my grand children the sum of $5.00, with the exception of my
<br />grand child Donald Wetzel, to whom there shall be paid the sum of $10.00.

<br />All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every kind and nature, and wheresoever
<br />situated, subject to the life estate herein given my wife, I give, devise and bequeath unto my four
<br />children, Mrs. Margaretha Beachler, Henry B.Schroeder, Mrs. Mathilda Wetzel,* Mrs. Clara Schroeder,
<br />share and share alike, to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever. It is my object not to
<br />give any one of my children preference, as they are equally dear to me.
<br />5•
<br />I hereby nominate my beloved wife Rebecca Schroeder, as executrix of this my last will and testament,
<br />and request that she be permitted to qualify without bond. I hereby revoke any and all former wills
<br />by me made.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of .the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />5th day of Sertember, 1935, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of George T.
<br />Schroeder, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the lst day of October, 1935, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and teatament of the real and personal estate of said George T.Schroeder, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />The Court further finds that on the lst day of October, 1935, an order of this court was made
<br />allowing creditors three months.from and after the 29th day of October, 1935, in which to file their
<br />claims with the proof thereof in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for exam-
<br />ination and allowance, and that said Rebecca Schroeder, executrix, be given one year in which to
<br />settle said estate, and further ordering that a notice to creditors and all persons interested in
<br />said estate be given by publication of such notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />Independent a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, and it appears
<br />by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court. .

<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of October, 1935, the said Rebecca Schroeder, executrix
<br />filed in this Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said inven-
<br />tory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit: Lot Five
<br />(5) in Block Eleven (11) in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that according to said last will and testament of said George T.Schroeder,
<br />deceased, after the payment to each of his grand- children of the sum of Five Dollars-($5.00) with
