147 <br />No. 7 .1E ALL COUNTY <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF )' <br />THE ESTATE OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />GEORGE T.SCHROEDER, deceased. ) <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall, <br />SS. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) the 27th day of July, A.D., 1938, Present Paul N.Kirk,County Judge. <br />Be it remembered, that on the 30th day of June, 1938, Rebecca Schroeder, executrix of the estate <br />of George T.Schroeder, deceased, filed in this Court her final report as such executrix and her <br />petition praying that said account be allowed, for a final decree herein and a final settlement and <br />discharge. <br />For these purposes, the 27th day of July, 1938, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in said <br />County, was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing said <br />account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all persons <br />interested in said estate by publishing a notice of such order in the Grand Island Independent, a <br />legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it appears <br />by proof on-file that-said notice was given as ordered by the Court and no objections have been <br />filed or made thereto, <br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the <br />premises, the Court finds as follows: <br />1. <br />That George T.Schroeder departed this life on the 20th day of August, 1935, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />-testate, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. <br />That on the 5th day of September, 1935, Rebecca Schroeder, his widow,- filed in this Court a written <br />Instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said George T.Schroeder, deceased, and <br />her petition asking that the Court appoint a time and place for proving said will and that notice <br />in due form be issued and given to all persons interested in said estate, requiring them to appear <br />and attend the probate of said will; that on the 5th day of September, 19352 an order of this Court <br />was made therein,- assigning the 1st day of October, 1935, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court <br />Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition and proving said will and <br />ordering that notice be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing�a copy of <br />said notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said county, for three <br />successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice of <br />said order was given as ordered by this Court. <br />3• <br />The Court further finds that on the lst day of October, 1935, said hearing was had and an order <br />was made by this court admitting said last will and testament of said George T.Schroeder, deceased, <br />to probate, after due proof having been made thereof, and Rebecca Schroeder, surviving widow of <br />said deceased, who was nominated in said last will and testament of said deceased as executrix, <br />was, upon her giving bond in the sum of $500.00 as ordered by this court, aupointed executrix as <br />prayed, which last will and testament is in words and figures as follows: <br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE T.SCHROEDER OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, FATHER,SON AND HOLY GHOST, AMEN. <br />I, George T.Schroeder, being of sound mind and memory, and in considering the undertainties of life, <br />do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, to -wit: <br />1. <br />I direct that all'my just debts, including the expense of my last sickness, death and burial be <br />icy o t f m sonal estate and if that be insufficient for that purpose, then it is my will <br />iaG m� fgur LhMren, hereinafter named, pay any deficiency by each contributing a like amount for <br />that purpose. <br />
