<br />these said legatees and devisees should be paid by the Administrator to the said Henry Gordon as
<br />their Attorney -in -Fact.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is subject to an inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska in the sum of $7.65, which amount has been paid, and that said estate
<br />is not subject to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Augusta M.Kemp Fedder died seized as the owner by fee simple
<br />title of the following described real estate, to -wit
<br />South Half Southwest Quarter (SJ SW4) and the North Half South Half ,(1gj4 section Twenty -
<br />six (26), and the East Half Northwest Quarter (E2NW4) and the South Half of Northeast Quarter (S2NE )
<br />and the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (NJSE4)1 Section Thirty -five (35) all-in Township Twenty-
<br />five, North,Range Sixteen (16), West of the 6th P.M., Holt County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots Three and Four (3 & 4) in Block Nine (9),Wallichs' Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the
<br />said Augusta M.Kemp Fedder, deceased, the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended
<br />to Ernest Schlitgus Sr., of Rochester, Minnesota, a nephew of the deceased, and by absolute title
<br />to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the-Said
<br />Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, Administrator of the Estate of Augusta M.
<br />Kemp Fedder, deceased, with Will A mexed, be, and the same hereby is in all things approved and
<br />allowed as and for the Final Report of said Administrator and said estate is hereby settled and
<br />closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT &11 persons having clAims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT That the distribution of the personal
<br />property as set forth in the Final Report of the Administrator be approved, and that under the
<br />terms and provisions of the last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of said Augusta M.Kemp
<br />Fedder, deceased the real estate hereinabove described passed and descended to Ernest Schlitgus
<br />Sr. by absolute title, to have and to hold the same forever.

<br />Codicil thereto, Certificate of.Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />AUGUSTA M.KEMP FEDDER, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court,
<br />that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that
<br />said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.
