144 <br />THE AUOO.TINE CO. 13600 -12.36 <br />dred and Thirty -four. <br />Si ned Mrs Myrtle A Wille ' _(Signed) Augusta M.Kemp Fedder <br />(Signed) A.J.Luebs <br />We, whose names are hereunto subscribed, to hereby certify that Augusta M.Kemp Fedder, the Testa- <br />trix, subscribed her name to the foregoing instrument composed of three pages, in our presence and <br />in the presence of each of us, and at the same time and in our presence and hearing declared said <br />instrument to be her last Will and Testament, and we, at her request and in her presence and in the <br />presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses. <br />(Signed) Mrs. Myrtle A.Willey <br />Of Grand Island, ebraska. <br />Si ned) A.J.Luebs <br />Of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />CODICIL TO LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF <br />AUGUSTA M.KEMP FEDDER <br />Is Augusta M.Kemp Fedder of Grand Island,Nebraska, declare this to be a Codicil to my Will which <br />bears the date of the 9th day of April, 1934; <br />FIRST <br />Whereas by my said Will I provided in the Thirteenth Paragraph thereof that in the event any of the <br />beneficiaries of the bequests therein provided for should precede me in death said bequests then <br />to become null and void and become a part of the residue of said estate, it being the intention that <br />said bequests were to be made only to those persons mentioned therein who were living at the time <br />of my death; now I hereby revoke said Paragraph Thirteen of said Will and provide: in its stead that <br />in the event that any of said beneficiaries of any of the bequests 'shall precede me in death leaving <br />issue them surviving me, then and in that event the bequests herein made to said beneficiaries shall <br />go to such issue of such deceased beneficiary.
