<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Augusta M.Kemp Fedder of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
<br />understanding, and considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, do hereby make, ordain, publish
<br />and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all of my
<br />just debts, including funeral
<br />expenses
<br />and the expenses of my last illness as soon after my death as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I direct that my Executor hereinafter named reduce all of
<br />my property, real, personal or
<br />mixed,
<br />unless hereinafter specifically disposed of, to money and
<br />in so doing he shall not be required
<br />to
<br />obtain leave or license from any Court to do so, but -this
<br />shall be his authority to sell
<br />the whole
<br />or any part of ary real estate, mixed property or personal
<br />property, which I might have,

<br />the same into money to be distributed by him as hereinafter
