<br />whenever it shall seem to them jointly, meet, proper and wise so to do and I direct that my.said
<br />executors pay to my said husband, Dewitte H.Vantine, during the term of his natural life, all of
<br />the net income, rent issues and profits derived from all of said property.
<br />THIRD: From and after the death of my said husband, Dewitte H.Vantine, I give, devise and bequeath
<br />all of my said estate, real and personal and wherever situated, to my nephews and nieces, Martha
<br />E.Williams, Giles M.Wi111ams and Hester 'Williams, children of my brother Thomas A.Williame,and to
<br />William B.Williams, son of my brother, Howard E.Williams, share and share alike, to have and to
<br />hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />FOURTH: It is my wish that all of my silverware, jewelry, pictures, ornaments and personal effects
<br />be distributed among^daid nephews and nieces in such manner as they themselves may select and de-
<br />termine.
<br />FIFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband, Dewitte H.Vantine, and my said brothers, Howard
<br />E.Williams and Thomas A.Williams, Executors of this my last will and testament, and it is my desire
<br />that they be not required to give bond for the performance of their duties.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this lst day of December, in the year of our Lord,
<br />one thousand, nine hundred and ten.

<br />I, Mary E.Vantine, now a resident of Wayne County, Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and
<br />memory, and having heretofore executed my last will and testament, bearing date of December first,
<br />1910, do now make, publish and declare this to be a codicil thereto:
<br />ITEM 1. In the event that said Howard E.Williams, named as one of my executors should die or fail
<br />to qualify as such executor then I designate and appoint his son William Williams to act in his
<br />stead, and in the event that Thomas A.Williams one of my executors should die, or fail to qualify,
<br />then I designate and appoint his son Giles Williams to act in his stead.
<br />In all other respects I reaffirm the provisions contained in my last will and testament.
<br />Witness my hand and seal this 25th day of December, 1922, at Richmond, Indiana.
