1 <br />C <br />3 of <br />whenever it shall seem to them jointly, meet, proper and wise so to do and I direct that my.said <br />executors pay to my said husband, Dewitte H.Vantine, during the term of his natural life, all of <br />the net income, rent issues and profits derived from all of said property. <br />THIRD: From and after the death of my said husband, Dewitte H.Vantine, I give, devise and bequeath <br />all of my said estate, real and personal and wherever situated, to my nephews and nieces, Martha <br />E.Williams, Giles M.Wi111ams and Hester 'Williams, children of my brother Thomas A.Williame,and to <br />William B.Williams, son of my brother, Howard E.Williams, share and share alike, to have and to <br />hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever. <br />FOURTH: It is my wish that all of my silverware, jewelry, pictures, ornaments and personal effects <br />be distributed among^daid nephews and nieces in such manner as they themselves may select and de- <br />termine. <br />FIFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband, Dewitte H.Vantine, and my said brothers, Howard <br />E.Williams and Thomas A.Williams, Executors of this my last will and testament, and it is my desire <br />that they be not required to give bond for the performance of their duties. <br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this lst day of December, in the year of our Lord, <br />one thousand, nine hundred and ten. <br />(Signed) Mary E.Vantine <br />We, whose names are hereunto subscribed do hereby certify that Mary E.Vantine, the testatrix, sub- <br />scribed her name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and declared <br />at the same time, in our presence and hearing, that this instrument was her last will and testament, <br />and we at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other, signed our names hereto <br />as subscribing witnesses. <br />Signed Theo.
