<br />Lot seventy (74) in Row No. two (2) Shoemaker's First Addition of Grand Isla.nd,Cemetery, situated
<br />on the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (NWINW4) of Section twenty -nine (29) in Township
<br />eleven (11) Range nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and that under the terms and provisions of the last will of Wilhelm Bielfeldt, the said real estate
<br />passed and descended to Margaretha Bielfeldt in absolute title.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate have been paid; that the legacies pro-
<br />vided for under said will have been paid by the executor, and receipts therefor have been filed
<br />in this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was subject to inheritance tax in the sum of $54,44 in
<br />accordance with the report of the appraiser filed herein; that said inheritance tax has been paid,
<br />and receipt therefor has been filed.
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expense, expense of the last illness, the Court costs and
<br />expense of administration, and attorney fees and executor fees have been paid, and receipts therefor
<br />filed with the Court; and that said estate should be closed and settled.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all of the right, title, and
<br />interest of Wilhelm Bielfeldt in and to
<br />Lot two (2) in Block twenty -nine (29), Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The center one -third of Lot eight (8) in Block Fifty -eight (58) original town, now city of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest quarter (SWJ) of Section nine (9) in Township eleven (11),Range eleven (11). West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 160 acres a little more or less.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the Southeast quarter (SE;-) of section seven (7), in
<br />Township eleven (11),Range eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot seventy (70) in Row No. two (2), Shoemaker's First Addition of Grand Island,Cemetery, situated
<br />on the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (NWJ NWi) of Section twenty -nine (29) in Township
<br />eleven,(11), Range nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the death of said Wilhelm Bielfeldt would pass and descend to Margaretha Bielfeldt, widow of
<br />Wilhelm Bielfeldt, in absolute title, and the same is hereby awarded to her.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that said estate if hereby closed and settled, the executor is
<br />discharged, and his bond is released.

<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
