Wilhelm Bielfeldt, Deceased. ) <br />Now, on this 8th day of September, 1937, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of <br />B.J.Cunningham, executor of the estate of Wilhelm Bielfeldt, deceased, after due notice of the <br />filing of his report, and of the time and place appointed for the hearing thereon, as required by <br />order of this Court, and no one appeared to object or protest the allowance of said report. <br />After a full examination of said report, the Court finds that the same is correct and ought to <br />be allowed; that the executor has accounted for all property of said deceased coming into his <br />hands or under his control; and that there remains no money or other personal property in his <br />possession for distribution. <br />The Court further finds that due notice was given to the creditors of said deceased as to the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time so allowed has <br />expired; that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and satisfied; and that all our - <br />standing claims against said estate not filed within the time allowed, if any such exist, are <br />barred and precluded. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the report of the said B.J.Cunningham, executor, of said <br />estate, be approved and allowed as his final account, and he is discharged as executor, and his <br />bond released. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from setting up any claims <br />or demands against the estate of Wilhelm Bielfeldt, deceased. <br />The Court finds that Wilhelm Bielfeldt departed this life on April 19, 1936; that he was at the <br />time of his death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left a last will and testament, <br />which was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on May 19, 1936. <br />The Court further finds that said.Wilhelm Bielfeldt was, at the time of his death, the owner of <br />the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot two (2) in Block tvrenty- nine (29) Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />The center one -third of Lot eight (8) in Block fifty -eight (58) original town, now city of Grand <br />Island,Nebraska. <br />The Southwest quarter (SW4) of Section nine (9) in Township eleven (11), Range Eleven (11),Weet <br />of the 6th P.M.
