<br />both being of full age, and that the said real estate descended by operation of law to the said
<br />heirs at law in equal undivided shares.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of the said Administratrix
<br />be, and the same is hereby, allowed and approved, and the said Administratrix discharged from her
<br />trust, and the real estate above described assigned and distributed to the said heirs at law, in
<br />equal undivided shares.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILHELM BIELFELDT OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Wilhelm Bielfeldt, of Qrand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this my last will and
<br />testament:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of my last sickness be first
<br />paid by my Executor hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Elise Blelfeldt, to my daughter, Margaretha
<br />Hensley, to my daughter, Lena Tagge, to my son, Fred William Bielfeldt and to my son, Jacob Biel-
<br />feldt, the sum of Ten ($10.00) each.
<br />THIRD: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, whether real, personal or mixed and
<br />wherever situated and possessed by me at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
<br />beloved wife, Margaretha Bielfeldt, she to have the same absolutely and forever.
<br />FOURTH: I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
<br />FIFTH: I hereby name, nominate and appoint B.J.Cunningham of Grand Island,Nebraska, to be Executor
<br />of this my last Will and Testament.
