<br />of i DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION.
<br />Irving J.Doan, deceased.
<br />Now on this 13th day of July, 1935, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the final
<br />report of Elizabeth Doan, Administratrix of the estate of Irving J.Doan, deceased, and her petition
<br />for distribution. The Court being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice of
<br />the filing of said account and petition for distribution and of the time and place of hearing thereon
<br />has'been given to all persons interested in said estate by publication, as required by law and the
<br />order of the Court. Upon investigation of the said final account and the evidence duly introduced,
<br />the Court finds that the same is true and correct in all respects and should be approved and allowed.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice of the time and place for filing claims against said estate
<br />has been given pursuant to the order of Court herein; that said time has expired and that all claims,
<br />' debts and demands, including the expenses of administration, have been paid in full and that the
<br />said Administratrix has duly waived any claim for fees as such and any claim for widow's or other
<br />allowances.
<br />The Court finds that no personal property remains on hands belonging to said estate; finds that the
<br />said Irving J.Doan departed this life, intestate, on October 5, 1937, being a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, seized of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Seven (7), in the Original Town of Doniphan,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left surviving him as his only heirs at law the following named
<br />persons:
<br />To
<br />Daniel Roby, son of said deceased, an undivided one - eighth
<br />interest therein;
<br />To
<br />Jerome Niedfeldt, grand -son of said deceased, and son of a
<br />deceased daughter, Irma
<br />Niedfeldt,
<br />an
<br />undivided one - sixteenth interest therein;
<br />To
<br />Bernadine Niedfeldt, a grand- daughter of said deceased, and daughter of'a deceased
<br />daughter,
<br />Irma Niedfeldt, an undivided one - sixteenth interest therein.

<br />IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court
<br />that by the last will and
