<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E2 NE1) and the East Half

<br />in said Hall County, Nebraska; the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(E2 NEJ NEJ) of Section 2, Township 10, North,Range 10,West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska;°
<br />The East Half of Lot Seven (7) on the Island in Section 9, in Township 10, North,Range 9, Nest of the
<br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above to be held by my said wife for and during the term of her natural life, she to take all
<br />rents and profits therefrom during the term of her natural life and s1.e to be charged with the payj
<br />went of taxes and insurance during her said life estate.
<br />On the death of my said wife, I give and devise the remainder in said above described real estate
<br />to my children, John Roby, Annie Werner, Bernhardt Roby, Linda Stolle, Johanna Stol -'_e, Ida Roby,
<br />DarAel Roby and Irma Niedfeldt, all of Hall County, Nebraska, share and share alike, each to take an
<br />undivided one -eight (Z /S) interest therein absolutely, subject only to the life estate of my said wife.
<br />In the event any of my said children should precede me in death leaving issue, I direct that the
<br />share provided for such deceased child shall not lapse but shall pass to the issue of said deceased
<br />child or children by right of representation.
<br />Third
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal of which I may die seized
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my said wife, Catharina Roby absolutely.
<br />Fourth
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my said wife, Catharina Roby, executrix of this my Last Will and Testa-
<br />went and I direct that she be not required to furnish bond while acting in that capacity.

<br />I. Paul N,Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />21st day of December, 1936, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Gustav
<br />Roby, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of January, 1937,said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed, as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Gustav Roby, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
