<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AI`.iD CONSIDERED BY THE COURT:
<br />That said final report of the administration of the affairs of said estate, be, and the same is
<br />hereby in all things approved, allowed and recorded herein; that all claims not filed against said
<br />estate be and are forever barred as provided by law; ghat said decedent herein above named departed
<br />this life on the 12th day of August, 1936, testate, while a resident of Webster County, Nebraska,
<br />leaving as his sole and only heirs at law the following named persons, viz: Harriet B.Francis, his
<br />widow; and Francena Francis, his daughter.
<br />The court finds that there has come into the hands of the Executor the sum of 41100.00, and that he
<br />has paid out the sum of $505.96, leaving in his hands the sum of $594.04, which said sum is hereby
<br />assigned and decreed to Harriet B.Francis, in accordance with the last Will and Testament of Charles
<br />E.Francis, herein filed.
<br />The court further finds that there are no inheritance taxes, either State or federal, due from said
<br />estate, or any of the heirs.
<br />The court further finds that Charles E.Francis, deceased, died
<br />third interest in and to the South East Quarter of Section 26,
<br />35, all in Township 3 North,Range 10 West, Webster County, Neb:
<br />estate of Rosa Francis and Mary F.Reed, and the said undivided
<br />l!).nd herein set forth is hert�by assigned to Harriet B.Francis,
<br />seized in fee of an undivided one -
<br />and the North East Quarter of Section
<br />raska, which is subject to the life
<br />one -third interest in and to the
<br />in fee simple, subject only to the
<br />life use thereof by Rosa Francis and laiary F.Reed.
<br />The court further finds that all of the affairs of said estate are fully settled, and the executor
<br />is hereby discharged from his trust and his bond released from any further liability.
<br />The court further finds that at the time of the death of Charles E.Francis he was the owner of a
<br />note in the sum of $p700.00, executed by Zora D. and. Martin E.Dunham, secured by mortgage, recorded
<br />in Book 74, page 45, Hall County, Nebraska, which is by this court assigned to Harriet B.Francis
<br />in accordance with the terms of said will.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GUSTAV ROBY
<br />I. Gustav Roby, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and disposing memory do make and
<br />publish this, my
<br />Last Will and Testament, by it revoking
<br />all former wills by me made:
<br />First
<br />I direct that my
<br />Executrix hereinafter named, pay all of
<br />my just debts including the expenses of
<br />my last sickness
<br />and death and the costs and expenses of
<br />admitting this will to probate and ad-
<br />ministering my estate from such personal property as I may have at the time of my death. If that
<br />be insufficient,
<br />I authorize my said Executrix to sell so
<br />much of my real estate as may be necessary
<br />for that purpose,
<br />the within being her full and complete
<br />authority to execute necessary deeds of
<br />transfer without
<br />order from any court whatsoever.

<br />unto my beloved wife, Catharina Roby, the following described real estate in
