<br />others. That the widow is the mother of the son. That no claps have been filed against said
<br />estate, and any claims not filed are forever barred. That all of the costs and expenses of admin-
<br />istration have been paid in full. That neither said estate nor the beneficiaries are subject to
<br />estate or inheritance taxes. That all of the real estate of which the deceased died possessed,
<br />and all of the remaining personal property does pass and descend, under and by virtue of the terms
<br />and provisions of his last will and testament, as heretofore allowed and admitted to probate. That
<br />the executrix has fully accounted for all personal property coming into her possession, and she is
<br />therefore discharged from her trust and her bond released.

<br />IN THE MATTER OF-THE ESTATE OF' Charles E.Francis, DECEASED.
<br />At a session of the County Court held on the 5th day of February, 1938, there being present, Ralph
<br />E.Adams, County Judge of said county, and J.11orris tills, executor,
<br />This day having been assigned by order of this court, for hearing on the petition and final report
<br />of the above named legal representative of sa_d estate, praying, among other things, for the exam-
<br />ination and allowance of the final report of such representative heretofore filed, and for final
<br />settlement of said- account and report, and for a discharge of said representative.
<br />THE COURT FINDS: that legal notice of the filing of said final report and petition for final settle-
<br />ment, has been given as required by law, and the order of this court heretofore made and recorded,
<br />by publication of said notice, fixing the time and place of said hearing, for three weeks last past
<br />in the Weekly Advertiser, a legal newspaper published and of general circulation in said county and
<br />state; that all persons interested in said estate have been legally notified of said. hearing; that
<br />there are no objections on file against said final report, end no person appears objecting thereto;
<br />that after a careful examination of the vouchers filed in support thereof, and upon full consider-
<br />ation of the evidence submitted, that said final report of the administration of the affairs of said
<br />estate should be approved, allowed, and recorded herein, and the prayer of said petition granted;
<br />that in compliance with the order of this court, heretofore made and entered of record, legal notice
<br />to the creditors of said estate has been given by publication of notice fixing the time and place
<br />and limiting the time within which claims against said estate could be filed, which notice was
<br />published for three successive weeks in the above named legal newspaper, beginning on the 21st day
<br />of January, 1938, and ending on the 4th day.of February, 1938, all as provided by law and the order
