<br />life, with remainder in fee simple to the said William Sievers,Jr, as provided for therein.

<br />Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM SIEVERS,
<br />also known as WILHELM SIEVERS, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said
<br />Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of

<br />I,H.C.Hansen, of the City of Shelton, County of Buffalo, State of Nebraska, being now over the age
<br />of 21 years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace,
<br />fraud or undue influence of any person or persons whomsoever, do make, publish and declare this my
<br />last will and testament in the manner following:
<br />ARTICLE 1.
<br />I hereby retract and revoke all former wills by me made,
<br />ARTICLE 11.
<br />I direct that my interment be according to my position and the circumstances of my estate at the
<br />time of my death, under the direction of my executor hereinafter named.
<br />ARTICLE 111.
<br />I direct that my executor hereinafter named, as soon as she or he shall have sufficient funds
<br />applicable thereto, pay my funeral expenses, the expenses of my last illness, and all of my just and
<br />lawful debts and obli;;ations of every nature In the order of priority prescribed by the laws of the
<br />state or county where this will may be admitted to probate.

<br />I direct that no gifts or advances of money or securites or
<br />or may hereafter make to my son, Franklin B.Hansen, shall b
<br />charged against him, and I release and absolutely discharge
<br />heirs, next of kin, or legal representatives in case of his
