<br />I. Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />7th day of October, 1937, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of William
<br />Sievers, also known as Wilhelm Sievers, deceased, Was filed for probate in this Court. That on
<br />the 3rd day of November 1937, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of
<br />said William Sievers, also known as Wilhelm Sievers, deceased, and the same was ordered to be
<br />recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
<br />Now on this 15th day of June, 1935, pursuant to adjournment, the said cause came on for hearing
<br />before the Court upon the final account of William Sievers,Jr., Executor of the estate of William
<br />Sievers, also known as Wilhelm Sievers, deceased, and his petition for distribution. The Court,
<br />being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice of the filing of said account
<br />and petition for distribution, and of the time and place of hearing thereon, has been given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate, by publication, as provided by law and the order of the
<br />Court; that the said final account is true and correct in all respects and should be approved by
<br />the Court.
<br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had in said estate for the filing of claims;
<br />that due and legal notice of the time and place for filing claims against said estate has been given,
<br />as provided by law and the order of this Court, and that no claims whatever have been filed. That
<br />the said Executor has paid, from his personal funds, the funeral expenses, the expenses of last
<br />sickness, and all other charges against the said estate, and has paid the court costs and attorneys
<br />fees herein and makes no claim as against the said estate on account of such payment, and that the
<br />said Executor has no funds in his hands belonging to said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said decedent was at the time of his death the owner of Lot Twelve
<br />(12), Block One (1), Boggs & Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />that by the terms of the last will and testament of said decedent the said real estate was devised
<br />to Matilda Sievers, his widow, for and during her natural life, with the remainder, in fee simple,
<br />to the said William Sievers, Jr., his son, and with the further provision that the said William
<br />Sievers,Jr. should pay the taxes and necessary repairs upon said real estate for and during the
<br />term of said life estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the Iegagiet provided for in said last will and testament have been
