<br />IT IS, FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, hereinabove des-
<br />cribed, owned by the said decedent at the time of her death did pass and descend under and by virtue
<br />of the ltatutes of descent of the State of Nebraska to the heirs of the said decedent as hereinbe-
<br />fore found by the court, and distribution thereof is hereby made.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM SIEVERS
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I. William Sievers, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />being of full age and of sound mind do hereby publish and declare this to be my last will and testa-
<br />ment:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all my just debts and expenses of administration be paid by my Executor hereinafter
<br />named. SECOND
<br />I give and bequeath to each of my daughters, Marie Anderson of Grand Island,Nebraska, Elizabeth
<br />Lyman of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Nellie Woodward of Grand Island,Nebraska, the sum of One Dollar
<br />($1.00).
<br />THIRD
<br />All the rest and residue of my property, both real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to
<br />my wife, Matilda Sievers, for and during her natural life, with remainder in fee simple, to my:-
<br />son, William Sievers, of Grand Island,Nebraska, provided, however, that my said son, William 0
<br />Sievers, shall pay the taxes and necessary repairs upon my real estate dor the duration of the said
<br />life estate. FOURTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said son, William Sievers, to be Executor of this, my last will and
<br />testament.
