<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Helen C.Crawford, Deceased.
<br />NOW on this 28 day of May, 1938, this cause came on to be heard on the final report filed herein
<br />by Gertrude Brennan, Administratrix of the Estate of Helen C.Crawford, deceased,with her petition
<br />for approval of the said report, settlement of the said estate and her discharge as Administratrix.
<br />The court being fully advised in the premisee, having examined the records herein and taken evidence
<br />pertaining to the final report, finds that the said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />should be approved and allowed as said Administratrix final report, said Estate settled and said
<br />Administratrix discharged and her sureties on her bond released from all further liability in the
<br />said matter.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to the creditors of the said Estate
<br />of the time and place of filing their claims and hearing thereon, and all persons having claim in
<br />the said estate not filed in the time provided by the court, if any such there be, should be forever
<br />barred.
<br />The court further finds that the said decedent departed.this life intestate, a resident and inhabi-
<br />tant of said State,.on the 8th day of October, 1937, the owner in fee simple of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate, to -wit:
<br />West Half of the North -East Quarter in Section No. 14, Township ll, Range 12, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -third interest in the followAng described property. The Northwest (NW4) of Section
<br />No. 14,Township 11, Range 12, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (SJN�4) and all of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE4NE4) lying South of the Wood River, except the part conveyed to Neil and Augusta Devore
<br />by Deed recorded in Book 47 of Deeds in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County Nebraska, on
<br />Page 110; and the East -Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (EJSEI*NW4) all in
<br />Section 15, Township 109 Range ll, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the Union Pacific Railway Right
<br />of Way of 400 feet, said lands containing 93 acres more or less.
<br />Also Blocks No. 114 and 115 of_ the North Nebraska Conference Seminary Subdivision of section 5,
<br />Town 13,Range 6, Merrick County, Nebraska, containing 10 acres.
<br />The court further finds that the said decedent departed this life leaving as her heirs surviving
<br />the following to -wit:
<br />Annie M.Crawford, a daughter, and George E.Crawford, a son.
<br />And that the above described real estate did pass and descend to them at the deAth of the said
<br />decedent in the following manner and proportions, to -wit:
<br />To her daughter, Annie M.Crawford, and to George E.Crawford, her son, the following described
<br />property:
<br />To each, one -half of the premises described as: West -Half of the North -East Quarter in Section
<br />No. 14, Township 11, Range 12, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And to each' one -sixth of the premises described as:
<br />An undivided one -third interest in the following described property. The Northwest Quarter (NW})
<br />of Section No. 14, Township 11, Range 12, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The South Half,of the Northeast Quarter (SJNE4) and all of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE4NE4) lying South of the Wood River, except the part conveyed to Neil and Augusta Devore
<br />by Deed recorded in Book 47 of Deeds in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,- Nebraska, on

<br />,The court further finds that the said Estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax
<br />by virtue of the laws of the United States Government.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the said estate not filed in the time provided by the court, if any such there be, are
<br />hereby barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims in the said Estate.
<br />IT IS, FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein by
<br />Gertrude Brennan, Administratrix, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed, in all things,
<br />sadld Administratrix discharged, and the sureties released on her official bond as such Administratrix
