<br />widow, of said testator are all and the only legatees and devisees of said deceased, and that the
<br />property described in paragraph 6 hereof descends according to the terms and provisions of said
<br />last will and testament and the finding of this Court in paragraph Seventh of this decree; further
<br />that said executrix has fully carried out her duties as such executrix and has fully and completely
<br />administered this estate and she is therefore hereby discharged as such executrix and her bond
<br />herein released.

<br />Now on this 25th day of May, 1938, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Anna
<br />Schoel,Administratrix of the Estate of William Schoel, deceased, and upon the petition of said
<br />Administratrox for the allowance and approval of said report, the settlement of said estate, and
<br />her discharge herein, and the court being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal
<br />notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon
<br />said final report and there being no objections thereto, and the Court having examined the same,
<br />together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and that the same ought to be
<br />approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administratiix, said estate settled and
<br />closed and said Administratrox discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Schoel departed this life on November 11, 1937, and
<br />that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that the
<br />said William Schoel died intestate; that a petition for Letters of Administration was filed on the
<br />2nd day of December 1937, asking that said estate be admitted to probate and that letters of Ad-
<br />ministration be issued to the petitioner, Anna Schoel of Alda, Nebraska, widow of the said William
<br />Y
<br />Schoel, upon the.goods, chattels, real estate, rights and credits of the said William Schoel, de-
<br />ceased, and that upon a hearing held upon said petition after notice was duly given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate, said estate was admitted to probate on the 29th day of December, 19371,
<br />and Letters of Administration were duly issued by this Court to the said Anna Schoel on the estate
<br />of William Schoel, deceased.
