1 <br />C <br />L <br />1 <br />MILL AND DECREE <br />No. 7 HALL COUNTY , <br />THE LAST WILL OF HENRY BUSSE <br />I, Henry Busse, make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. <br />I appoint my wife Johanna Busse executrix of this will without bond. <br />As ay estate is small I give my Daughter Anna but five dollars. <br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Johanna <br />Busse and to her heirs forever. <br />Done at Grand Island, this first day of October, A.D. 1925- <br />- Henry Busse <br />The foregoing was at the date thereof signed sealed published and declared by said testator as <br />and for his last will in our presence and we in his presence and at his special request and in the <br />presence of one another have signed our names as witnesses hereto. <br />E.G.Kroger <br />Margaret Cottingham <br />Arthur C.Mayer <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) ss <br />HALL COUNTY )' At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand <br />Island, in said County, on the 12th day of January, A.D., 1935• <br />Present Paul N.Kirk,County Judge <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Henry Busse, deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />15th day of December 1937, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry <br />Busse, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of January, 1935, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the <br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Henry Busse, deceased, and the <br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 12th <br />day of January, 1935. <br />IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE ESTATE OF <br />HENRY BUSSE, deceased. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />( SEAL ) <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />) <br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall the <br />5th day of June, 1935, present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge: <br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 14th day of May, 1935, Johanna Busse, executrix of the estate of said <br />deceased, filed in this Court her final account as such executrix with petition praying that said <br />account be allowed, for decree of heirship, order of distribution and final settlement thereon and <br />discharge. <br />For these purposes, the 5th day of June, 1938, at 10 o'clock 4.M. at the County Court Room was <br />assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and allowing said account, <br />and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all perFons interested <br />in said estate by publishing notice of said order in the Grand Island Independent, a legal news- <br />paper printed and published in said County three successive weeks prior to said day of heariing, and <br />it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by said Court by publication in <br />said newspaper on the <br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised, the Court <br />finds as follows: <br />First. <br />That Henry Busse departed this life on the 10th day of November., 1937, in said county testate and <br />
