9) <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 19600.12.86 <br />one- fourth interest to llurray Cromwell Morgan, an undivided one - fourth interest to Shelley Laine <br />Pearne and an undivided one-fourth-interest to Harrison Ballou Pearne. <br />SEVENTH. <br />The Court further finds that the time for filing claims against this estate has long since expired <br />and it is therefore hereby ordered by this Court that all claims not filed against this estate are <br />hereby barred and forever enjoined from being set up as against this estate and as against the above <br />described real estate; the Court further finds that all debts and claims against said estate and <br />the costs of administration in said estate, have been paid and that there is no money belonging to <br />this estate or personal property of any nature whatsoever in the hands of said executor. <br />EIGHTH <br />The Court furthF -r finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, the costs of admin- <br />istrt-�tion and the statutory exemptions allowed the heirs -at -law in said estate, that there is due <br />and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska., and to the United States-of America, <br />no inheritance tax whatsoever and that this estate and the property thereof is exempt from payment <br />of any such tax. <br />NINTH. <br />The Court finds that said Adda Laine Morgan was one and the same person and also known as Add.a C. <br />Morgan and who was the owner with M.0imille Harrison as tenant in common of said Lot Eight (8) in <br />Block Eight (8) of Koehler Place, an Addition in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and was one <br />and the same person and also known as Adda Pearne, who is described as the grantee in the Special <br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 43 of Deeds at page 637 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the executor, <br />Arthur C.Mayer, in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further <br />that the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof was devised and descended according to la.w <br />under the terms and conditions and provisions of said last will and testament, and codicil thereto <br />as found in paragraph Sixth of this Decree; further that said executor has carried out his trust <br />and hfis done all trting G to be done by him herein and that an order of discharge be issued to the <br />said executor, Arthur C.Ilayer, out of and under seal of this Court and that he be discharged and <br />his surety released. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the County Court at Grand Island <br />this 28th day of May, A.D., 1938.
