<br />That the said above named Metta C.Hansen is incompetent and has received an advancement for expen-
<br />ses as shown by the last Will and Testament of the deceased and the accounts and records of the
<br />said deceased,a total sum of $750.That according to the last Will and Testament,this amount,to wit:
<br />$750,should be deducted from the 1/6 share belonging to Metta C.Hansen,and divided equally between
<br />the other five children of the deceased whose names are set forth in paragraph "V" hereof. That
<br />there is no personal property to be assigned from which the said letta_.C.-Hanients advancement
<br />could be deducted and the said advancement of $750 should be a charge or leis on her one -sixth
<br />interest in the real estate above described,in favor of the other said five children of the deceas-
<br />ed.
<br />That after deducting the said advancement of $750,the said Metta C.Hansen should have a life int-
<br />erest in her one -sixth share to be used for her support during her lifetime and at her death the
<br />remainder of her said share to be divided equally between her sons; Horace Hansen,Richard Hansen,
<br />and Harlan Hansen,or their survivor all as provided and set forth in the said last Will and Test-
<br />ament of the skid deceased. That there is no personal property to turn over to Peter C.Petersen
<br />and Andy Petersen as trustees to said Metta C.Hansen named in said last Will and Testament.
<br />That according to the last Will and Testament,the remaining 5/6 interests in said estate was de-
<br />vised and bequeathed to the said Peter C.Petersen,Andy Petersen,Alfred Petersen,Herman Petersen
<br />and Christian Gregorson in equal shares.
<br />It is therefore,considered ordered,adjud, -ed and decreed that the final account of the executors
<br />be and the same is hereby allowed and approved and that the above described real estate be and
<br />the same is hereby assigned and transferred as provided in and according to the terms of the last
<br />Will and Testament of Christian Petersen,deceased,to the persons named in said last Will and Test-
<br />ament.
