<br />of I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court in and for said
<br />Christian Petersen,deceased. County,do hereby certify that on the 29th day of July 1936,
<br />the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Christian Petereen,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 28th day of August
<br />1936,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Christian Petereen,deceas-
<br />ed,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />CHRISTIAN PETERSEN,DECEASED:
<br />This matter came on for hearing on the fourthday of May,1938,upon the petition of the
<br />executors,their final account and evidence;upon consideration whereof,the court finds as follows:
<br />1.
<br />That Christian Petersen was a resident of Hall County ]{ebraska;that he died therein,on or about
<br />the 11th day of July,1936,1eaving a last Will and Testament which was on the 28th day of August,
<br />1936,duly proved,probated,and allowed as the last Will and Testament of the said deceased.

<br />That on the said August 28,1936,Peter C.Petersen and Andy Peterson were duly appointed executors of
<br />said Will and O'state;that they qualified as such;that they have filed their final account herein,
<br />and that the same is true and correct and in conformity to law,and the said account and all the
<br />items therein should be and are hereby allowed and approved.

<br />That an order was entered limiting a time in which creditors may file their claims and a notice
<br />was published as required by law.That all claims,costs of administration,debts,fees and expenses
<br />of every kind,have been paid.That all unfiled claims should be and are hereby forever barred in
<br />said estate.That a proceeding was had for the appraisement of said property.That no inheritance
<br />tau or estate tax is due in said estate,either to the U.S.government,the state of Nebraska,or
<br />any of its subdivisions.

<br />That the personal property in said estate 4as been reduced to cash and has been expended as set
<br />out in the final account of the executore.That there is no personal property remaining fot
<br />assignment.That the deceased died siezed of the following described real estate to wit:
<br />N* of Section l,Township 3 North,Range 19,West of the 6th PM,Harlan County,Nebraska;subject to
<br />a mortgage of $1500 held by the Grand Island Trust Company of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Lots 18 & 19 in Block 17,of Ashton Place Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall Countylgeb-
<br />raska.

<br />That the said Christiana Petersen was a widower at the time of his death and left as his only
<br />heirs at law,the following persons:
