<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify

<br />HALL COUNTY ) that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament,
<br />Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ANGIE R.BROWN,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto at4-ached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cer-
<br />tificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said
<br />Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />WILL AND DECREE: SHORT WILL
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD ,AMEN
<br />I ,Christian Peterson of Grand Island in the County of Hall , State of Nebraska,being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory; life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise,and bequeath All of
<br />the balance and residue of my property of every nature and wherever found to the following named,
<br />and in the share as stated after each name; To Peter C.Petersen,one sixth share,
<br />To Andy Petereen,one sixth share,
<br />To Alfred Petersen,one sixth share,
<br />To Herman Petersen, One sixth share,
<br />To Mrs.Christine Gregersen,one sixth share,
<br />To Mrs.Metta C.Hansen,one sixth share,less amount
<br />advanced by me for her expenses,totaling at this
<br />time,$714.24,and all amounts to be advanced by me in the future,this total amount,af ter being
<br />deducted from her one sixth share,to be equally divided between my several children,namely;Peter
<br />C.,Andy,Alfred,Herman,Christine and Metta,share and share alike.I hereby appoint and order Peter
<br />C.Petersen and Andy Petersen,Trustees of said share of Metta C.Hansen and order that her share of
<br />my estate be used for the support of Metta C.Hansen during her lifetime and at her death,the re-
<br />mainder of her share to be divided equally between her three sons,namely;Horace,Richard and Harlan,
<br />share and share alike.In case of the death of one or more of these sons of Metta C.Hansen the
<br />property to be given to the survivor or survivors,and in case of the death of any of the other
<br />above named,who receive one sixth share,prior to my death,then said one sixth share to be divided
<br />between their children,share and share alike.
<br />LASTLTsI make,eonstitute and appoint Peter C.Petersen and Andy Petersen to be Executors of this,
<br />my last Will and Testamen't,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 22 day of October,
<br />in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred thirty five.
