<br />The court further finds that the said Angie R.Brown was at the time of her death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />The court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax, either State or Federal;
<br />that the expenses of last illness and funeral expenses have been paid in full; that the costs of
<br />administration, including court costs and attorney fees have been paid in full; that the Executor
<br />has paid to the County Judge the amount of the legacies specified in said last Will and Testament;
<br />that the Executor as the residuary legatee has receipted for the remaining personal property.
<br />The Court further finds that there may be other real estate not hereinbefore described owned by the
<br />said Angie R.Brown at the time of her death, and which has not been listed in the Inventory.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Angie R.Brown died testate at her
<br />home in Hall County, Nebraska, on October 28, 1937; that the above described real estate, together
<br />with any other real estate that may have been owned by the said Angie R.Brown at the time of her
<br />death, did pass and descend to Leroy C.Brown according to the terms of the last Will and Testament
<br />of Angie R.Brown._
<br />IT IS FURTHER bRDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED b- the Court that all claims have been paid; that the
<br />expenses of administering said estate, funeral bills, expenses of last illness, etc. have been
<br />paid in full; that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax, either Federal or State; that
<br />the legacies set firth in the last Will and Testament have been paid to the County Judge of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and said estate is hereby closed; that the real estate hereinbefore described
<br />Is hereby set off to Leroy C.Brown, and he is hereby discharged as Executor.
