<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />6th day of November 1937, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Angie R.
<br />Brown, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the lst day of December, 1937,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Angie R.Brown, deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 18th day of May, 1938, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of Leroy
<br />C.Brown, Executor under the last Will and Testament of Angie R.Brown, Deceased, heretofore admitted
<br />to probate, and the court, after having examined the records and files in this case, finds that
<br />due and legal notice has been given of the filing of the final report, and there being no objections
<br />on file, the court finds that said Final Report is in all things true and correct and that the same
<br />should be approved.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of Leroy C.Brown,
<br />Executor, be and the same is hereby approved.
<br />The court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since expired; that the
<br />Executor has paid all claims filed in this estate and has filed receipts therefor, and that all
<br />claims not now on file should be barred;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims not now on file be and
<br />the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The court further finds that Angie R.Brown, a citizen and resident of Hall County, Nebraska, died
<br />at her home in Hall County, Nebraska on October 29, 1937; that she left an estate to be administered
<br />upon, consisting of both real and personal property; that she left a last Will and Testament which
<br />has been heretofore admitted to probate; that her sole and only heirs at law are Leroy C.Brown
<br />and Ernest McCleary, both of whom are of lawful age.
