<br />That I, Angie R.Brown of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and under no
<br />compulsion, but no unmindful of the uncertainties of human life, do hereby make, publish and de-
<br />clare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND
<br />To my son Ernest W.McCleary of Leon, Iowa, I bequeath the sum of $100 and to each of his children,
<br />towit: James McCleary, Van Buren.,McCleary, Daisy McCleary, Gladys McCleary, Fannie McCleary and
<br />Grace McCleary, I bequeath the sum of $50.00 each.
<br />THIRD
<br />The rest and residue of my estate of any and all natures whatsoever and wheresoever situated, I
<br />give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved son, Leroy C.Brown, of Grand Island,Nebraska, to be his
<br />absolutely and to his heirs forever.
<br />FOURTH
<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and ap,,oint my said son, Leroy C.Brown
<br />Will and Testament and request that no bond be required of him.
<br />The reason I leave the bulk of my estate to my son Leroy C.Brown is
<br />McCleary was raised by my sister and he has received from my sister
<br />C.Brown'will receive from me and my son, Ernest W.McCleary has neve:
<br />Leroy C.Bror,n has always lived with me and looked after my property
