<br />and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Lena Theen, my residence property in the City of
<br />Hastin s, Adams County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Lots One (1), Two (2),
<br />Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (9), Nine (9), Nineteen (19)p Twenty -one (21)
<br />Twenty -two (22), Twenty -three (23), and Twenty -four (24) in Block Two (2), A.H.Cramer s Addition to
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, together with all contents therein, such as furniture, beds, bedding, fixtures,
<br />and household goods.
<br />I.also give and devise unto my wife, Lena Theen, my cemetery lot in Rosedale cemetery, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />THIRD. I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter Lizzie Hinrikus of Hall County, Nebraska, the
<br />sum of One ($1.00) Dollar. The residue of my estate, both real and personal, I give, devise,and
<br />bequeath unto my three daughters and two sons hereinafter named, the same to be divided equally
<br />among them, share and share alike, W real estate in addition to the property described in Section
<br />"SECOND" of this WILL consists of the following described land in Hall County, State of Nebraska,
<br />to -wit: The South Half (S2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) and Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Sec-
<br />tion Fifteen (15), Township Nine (9), North,Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M. The namesof my
<br />said three daughters and two sons are as follows: Grace Boroff of Doniphan, Nebraska; John T.Theen
<br />of Trumbull, Nebraska; Emma Smeall of Kenesaw, Nebraska; Anna Otto of Prosser,Nebraska, and Herman
<br />T.Theen, of Prosser, Nebraska.
<br />The real estate or any portions of it, no possession shall be given until one (1) year from the date
<br />of my decease and the rentals for said year, I give and bequeath unto my said wife, Lena Theen.
<br />LASTLY, I hereby nominate and appoint my friend, Wm.M.Lowman of Hastings, Nebraska, to be the Execu-
<br />tor of this my last WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all WILLS heretofore made by me.
<br />Witness my hand this the thirtieth day of January, 1932 at Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.

<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said
<br />testator, Jurgen Theen, to be -his last WILL and TESTAMENT in the presence of us who at his request
<br />have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.

<br />I. Jurgen Theen, do make the Codicil to my last Will and Testament, on the reverse side of this
<br />sheet, and which Will and Testament is dated the 13th day of January, 1932, hereby ratifying and
<br />confirming my said Will and Testament except insofar as this Codicil changes the same.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my wife Lena Theen, the sum of Two thousand ($2000) Dollars, in addition
<br />to what I have already bequeathed to her, the said Two thousand ($2000) Dollars to be paid to her
<br />before any of the bequests are paid or turned over to my daughters and sons as bequeathed in Section
<br />"Third" of said Will and Testaiitent.
