<br />Hundred Ten (110) and One Hundred Eleven (111) in West Lawn, being a subdivision of the East Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (EjSEj) of Section Eight (5), Township Eleven (11)1, Range Nine _(9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M. in said City of Grand Island, were devised to and did descend to Katie Meyer, also
<br />known as Katie Mayer, Flora Scheffel, Matilda Langenheder also known as Tillie Langenheder, Carl
<br />Scheffel, also known as Carl L.Scheffel, William Scheffel, also known as William F.Scheffel,
<br />Rudolph Scheffel and Louis Scheffel, share and share alike and to their respective heirs and
<br />assigns forever.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF ADAMS COUNTY,

<br />Now on this 21st day of April, 1935, this matter came on to be heard upon the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of Walter A.Knieely, administrator of the estate of Jurgen Theen, deceased,
<br />and for the distribution of the personal property of said estate, the assignment of real estate of
<br />said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to the Court. On consideration whereof the court
<br />finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final account and petition
<br />for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said estate as provided by law. Thereupon
<br />the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />That the said Jurgen Theen departed this life on the 11th day of July, 1937, at his residence in
<br />Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, and that he was at the time of his death a resident of said city,
<br />county, and state; that he left a labt will and testament, which was heretofore and on the 7th day
<br />of August, 1937, duly proved and admitted to probate as the last will and testament of said decedent.
<br />Said last will and testament, including the codicil, and the certificate of probate thereof, are in
<br />words and figures following:

<br />It I, Jurgen Theen, of the City of Hastingo, County of Adams, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, do therefore make this my last WILL
<br />AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST. I, order and direct that the Executor of my estate hereinafter named, pay all my just debts.
