<br />Annexed one participation certificate issued by Grand Island Loan And Trust Company of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, No. 2295 -89 of the denomination of $500/00 evidencing an interest in a certain mortgage
<br />deed executed by Elmer R.Farmer and his wife Alice Farmer, against a certain piece of real estate
<br />on 4th Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, also ten shares of capital stock in the Grand
<br />Island National Bank, and that the following persons are entitled to receive the proceeds from laid
<br />remaining assets in equal shares if and when said assets are collected or paid, to -wit; Katie Meyer,
<br />Flora Scheffel, Matilda Langenheder, Carl Scheffel, William Scheffel, Rudolph Scheffel and Louis
<br />Scheffel, said assets being in the hands of the said Administrators with Will Annexed as Trustees
<br />for said heirs.

<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration and other proper expenditures, and the statutory exemptions allowed said
<br />devisees, that there are no inheritance taxes due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and no inheritance tax or estate tax, due to the United States, and that all
<br />persons are enjoined from filing any further claims in this estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Carl L.
<br />Scheffel and William F.Scheffel, Administrators with Will Annexed, in this estate, be and the same
<br />is hereby approved and allowed as such.
<br />Further that Katie Meyer, Flora Scheffel, Matilda Langenheder, Carl Scheffel, William Scheffel,
<br />Rudolph Scheffel and Louis Scheffel are all and the only legatees and devisees of the deceased, and
<br />that the premises described in paragraphs Sixth and Seventh hereof descended according to the terms
<br />and provisid)ns of said will and codicil; further that said Administrators with Will Annexed be and
<br />they are hereby authorized and directed to pay to the respective parties set out in paragraph Eighth
<br />hereof; the amounts to which each is entitled in accordance with said will and codicil, and that
<br />said legatees and devisees have already received their several legacies to which they respectively
<br />are entitled and that they have accepted the final report of said Administrators with Will Annexed
<br />and have asked this Court to accept, confirm and approve said report as the true and final report
<br />of said Administrators with the Will Annexed and that no further receipts are necessary to be filed
<br />In this Court, each legatee having received his or her distributive share, according to said will
<br />and codicil, and that an order of discharge be issued to said Carl L.Scheffel and William F.Seheffel
<br />out of and under the seal of this Court, and that their bonds be released from further liability.
<br />That the Southerly Twenty -dix (26) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Seventy -Seven (77) in the Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, was devised and did descend to Katie Meyer, also known as
<br />Katie Mayer, being the identical person described as Katie Mayer in said will, and to her heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />That the northerly twenty -six (26) feet of the Southerly Fifty -two (52) feet of said Lot Five (5)
<br />in Block Seventy -seven (77) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, was devised
<br />to and did descend to Flora Scheffel and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />That the northerly twenty -six (26) feet of the southerly Seventy-eight (78) feet of said Lot Five
<br />(5) in said Block Seventy -seven (77) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,�Was
<br />devised to and did descend to Matilda Langenheder also known as Tillie Langenheder, being the iden-
<br />tical person described-as Tillie Langenheder in said will, and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />That the northerly Fifty -four (54) feet of said Lot Five (5) in said Block Seventy -seven (77) was
<br />devised to and did descend to said Katie Meyer, Flora Scheffel, and Matilda Langenheder, share and
<br />share alike and to their respective heirs and assigns forever.
<br />That Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Thirty -seven (37) in said Original Town now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots Two (2) Three (3) Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Eighteen
<br />(18) in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots Seven (7)
<br />and Eight (S) in Block Three (3) in Joehnck's Addition to said City of Grand Island, and Lots One.
