<br />I, Paul N.Klrk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 5th
<br />day of January, 1934, the instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and codicil there-
<br />to of William Scheffel, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 30th day of
<br />January, 1934, said instruments to.which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament and codicil of the real and personal estate of said
<br />William Scheffel, deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 30th

<br />That on the 8th day of February, 1934, an order of this Court was made allowing
<br />months from and after the 6th day of March, 19341 in which to file their claims
<br />and further ordering that notice of the same be published in the Grand Island D;
<br />a legal newspaper printed and published in said County, three successive weeks,
<br />proof on file that notice of said order was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />14th day of February, 1934, the 20th day of February, 1934, and the 27th day of
<br />as ordered by the Court.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 7th day of April, 1934, the said Carl L.Scheffel and William
<br />F.Scheffel filed in this Court their inventory of the property of said estate and that according
<br />to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described real estate:
<br />West Half (Wj) of Lot Three (3) in Block thirty -seven (37), Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6),
<br />in Block Thirty -seven (37) Original Town of Grand Island, and
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block Seventy -seven (77) of the Original Town, of Grand Island, and
<br />Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Eighteen (18), Bonnie Brae Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island.
<br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Three (3), Joehnck Addition to the City of Grand Island, and
<br />Lots One Hundred Ten (110) and One Hundred Eleven (111) in West Lawn An Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of said will, said property
<br />descended as follows:
<br />That Lot Four (4) and the Westerly Half (Wj) of Lot Three (3) in Block Thirty -seven (37) of the
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, was devised to and did descend to Katie Meyer,
<br />also known as Katie Mayer, Flora Scheffel, Matilda Langenheder, also known as Tillie Langenheder,
<br />Carl Scheffel, also known as Carl L.Scheff,el William Scheffel, also known as William F.Scheffel,
<br />Rudolph Scheffel and Louis Scheffel, share and share alike and to their respective heirs and
<br />assigns forever.

<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and that the time
<br />for filing claims has long since expired and that no further claims shall be filed, -and the cost
<br />of administration has been paid and that there remains in the hands of said Administrators with Will
