<br />and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8 all in Township 2, Range 16 East
<br />of the 6th P.M. in Richardson County, Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that the said Ida I.Loucks died seized of the following described real
<br />estate to wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW' of NE4) and the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of
<br />Section one (1) Township eleven (11) Range 9 in Hall County, Nebraska consisting of 200 acres.
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter ( EJ of SEZ) of Section four (4) Township 1, Range 17 in
<br />Brown County, Kansas (50 acres)
<br />Lots 13 -14 -15 and the south 2/3 of lot 16 in Block two (2) in Forney's Add. (1st Addition) to the
<br />City of Falls City, Nebr.
<br />Lots Five and Six (5 &6) in Block 92 in the City of Falls City, Nebraska.
<br />Lots nineteen (19) and Twenty (20) in Block 156 in the City of malls City, Nebraska.
<br />That all of said real estate remains undisposed of; that Ila May Clark, a daughter, Alma Faye Har-
<br />grave, a daughter, and Isaac Ray Loucke, a son of Ida I.Loucks, deceased are the only children of
<br />said deceased and the only heirs at law and are the only persons entitled to succeed to the interest
<br />of the said Ida I.Loucks, deceased in said real estate.
<br />The court further finds that after paying the debts, charges and expenses of administration that
<br />there is not sufficient property in said estate to require the payment of an inheritance tax.
<br />It is therefor considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the residue of $121.58 in cash be
<br />divided as follows: To Ila May Clark one third thereof, to Alma Faye Hargrave one third thereof,
<br />to Isaac Ray Loucks one third thereof; that each of said heirs be assigned a one third interest
<br />in the real estate mortgage of Ben Friedly and Mary Friedly on the NWJ of NWJ of Section S and on
<br />the NEJ of Section 7, all in Town. 2, Range 16 East in Richardson County, Nebraska, and that Ray
<br />Loucks, administrator with the will annexed, is hereby directed to pay to the above named heirs
<br />their respective shares as found by the court and to make an assignment of said real estate mortgage
<br />as aforesaid to each of said heirs, and upon the filing of his receipts therefor he is entitled to
<br />be discharged.
<br />It is further ordered that the real estate hereinbefore described be assigned to Ila May Clark,
<br />Alma Faye Hargrave and Isaac Ray Loucks each an undivided one third interest as tenants in common.
