M <br />South East quarter and and the South East quarter of the South West quarter in section Ten (10) in <br />Township Ten (10) N Range Ten (10) West 6th P.M. eontairiing..Eighty Acres. <br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the terms and conditions of the Will of the said <br />Theodore Martens, deceased the above described Real Estate is to be rented until Otto Martens, son <br />of the said Theodore Martens deceased shall be come of age; and that after paying taxes and neces- <br />sary repairs trle balance of the rent to be divided equally between Minnie Martens; Dora Martens and, <br />Otto Martens. <br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the terms and conditions of the last will and <br />testament of the said Theodore Martens deceased the Real Estate above mentioned and described des- <br />cends in fee to Otto Martens on his arriving at the age of majority on his paying to Dora Martens <br />and Minnie Martens each the sum of Six Hundred Dollars when the said Otto Martens arrives at his <br />majority. <br />It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the Real Estate above mentioned and described <br />do pass to Otto Martens on his arriving at the age of twenty one years and upon his paying or <br />causing to be paid to Minnie Martens and Dora Martens each the sum of Six Hundred Dollars, <br />M.T.Garlow <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify <br />HALL COUNTY )ss <br />that I ahve compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate and <br />Final Decree IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF THEODOR MARTENS, DECEASED, with the original record <br />thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the <br />whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal <br />is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, <br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the <br />foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand Island, this 28th day of March, 1938- Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />Filed for record this 2nd day of April, 1938, at 2:00 o'clock P.M.
