I give, devise and bequeath to-my beloved son Otto Martens my farm situated in the township of <br />Alda, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, now to me belonging, together with one third (1/3) of <br />my personal property remaining after my just debts are paid. The above named son Otto Martens <br />shall hower upon his becoming of age pay or cause to be paid unto the above named daughters, <br />Minnie Martens and Dora Martens each, the sum of Six hundred Dollars $600.00/100. <br />5. If upon my death, my farm shall be let or rented till my beloved son Otto Martens shall become <br />of age the rent so acruing shall be used to pay taxes and nescessar repairs, and the rest if <br />there be any, shall be equally divided between my children Minnie Martens, Dora Martens and Otto <br />Martens. <br />6. Fred Thomssen <br />Chs.Krueger <br />John Thomssen <br />ENDORSEMENT: F I L E D JAN 7 1895 H.E.Clifford County Judge <br />State of Nebraska ) On this Second day of February, A.D. 1895, the above and foregoing Last <br />)ss <br />Hall County ) Will and Testament of Theodor Martens, Late of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />deceased, was duly proven before me H.E.Clifford, County Judge in and for said County as and for <br />the Last Will and Testament of the Real and Personal Estate of said deceased, and the same was <br />duly admitted to Probate and recorded in this office. <br />Witness my hand and official seal this 2" day of February, A.D. 1895. <br />H.E.Clifford \ <br />(SEAL) Uounty Judge <br />In County Court Hall County Nebraska. <br />In the matter of the Estate of ) <br />Theodore Martens, � FINAL DECREE <br />deceased. ) <br />On this 8th day of June 1896 at the hour of 2 oclock P.M. came William Wiese Administrator of the <br />Estate and'this cause came on for hearing upon the final report and it appearing to the satisfaction <br />of the Court from the proof on file that due and legal notice for the time for hearing upon the <br />final report had been given after waiting one hour and no one appearing to object or protest against <br />the same, whereupon came William Wiese the Administrator and said cause was submitted to the court <br />upon the evidence and petition of final report; and that said report was duly examined by the court <br />and found to be true and correct in all respects. <br />It is therefore ordered that said report be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for <br />the final report of the said administrator and that said Administrator is hereby discharged of his <br />trust. It appearing from said report that said Administrator has in his hands: the sum of $14.76 <br />after paying all claims against said estate and the costs of court and administrators fees which <br />sum is ordered to be paid to Carl Krueger, Guardian of the miner heirs of the estate aforesaid; <br />which sum was then and there turned over to said Guardian and receipt given therefor. <br />The Court finds the time fixed for filing claims against said estate was the time provided by law <br />and that said time has fully expired and that all claims filed against said estate and presented to <br />said Administrator has been fully settled paid and discharged and that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims whatever against said estate. The court further finds that <br />Theodore Martens died seized in fee of the following described Real Estate situated in Hall County <br />Nebraska to -wit The North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section No. Fifteen (15),' in <br />Township Ten (10) N Range Ten West 6 P.M. containing Forty acres and the South West quarter of the <br />
