<br />ficate of Probate thereof and Final Decree IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN SCHAUPDACH, DECEASED,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
<br />2nd. I hereby give and bequeath to my son, David W.Alexander, of Grand Island,Nebraska, Four Hun-
<br />dred ($400.00) Dollars to be paid out of my personal property, and if that be not sufficient, then
<br />out of my real estate, and I order and direct that any and all debts and obligations by him to me
<br />owing, now or at the time of my death, shall be cancelled and of no effect.
<br />3rd. All the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind or nature,
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my son, John W.Alexander, of Grand Island, Nebraska, and to my grand-
<br />son, Joseph Roy Hamilton, of Grand Island, Nebraska, share and share alike in equal proportions.
<br />4th. If any of the above named legatees and divisees shall die in my lifetime, leaving issue or
<br />descendants, I direct that that his share shall not lapse, but shall be paid to such descendants
<br />in equal portions.
<br />5th. I hereby constitute and nominate my son, John W.Alexander, as Executor of this my last- Last
<br />Will and Testament.

<br />of my mental faculties and understanding, and
<br />considering the uncertainities
<br />of this mortal life,
<br />do hereby make and publish this my last Will
<br />and Testament, hereby revoking
<br />any and all wills by me heretofore made:
<br />lst. I direct that my
<br />funeral expenses and just debts be paid out
<br />of my personal estate, and if
<br />that be insufficient,
