<br />for filing claims against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />Independent as provided by lave, and that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed
<br />within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be are forever barred, excluded and'_enjoined
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving him as his heirs at lave, and only heirs at
<br />law, legatees, devisees and persons entitled to share in his estate, the following, to -wit: Dora
<br />Henne, widow, Olga Anderson, a daughter, Irene Hansen, a daughter, Donald Henne, a son and all of
<br />legal age and Harold Henne, a minor son of the age of 19 years.
<br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said County and State consisting of
<br />certain real property, same being described as Lot One (1), Block Thirty -seven (37)0 Charles Wasmer's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that said real estate did pass and
<br />descend at the death of the deceased to Dora Henne, surviving widow, a one- fourth (J) part therein,
<br />she not being the mother of all the children of the said Richard Henne and to Olga Anderson, Irene
<br />Hansen, DonaldHenne and Harold Henne an undivided three - fourths (3/4) part therein, in equal shares
<br />subject, however, to said widow's homestead rights in and to said real estate.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place for a hearing on said
<br />final report by publication of said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent
<br />as by law required, and no one appearing to object to said report, and the Court having examined
<br />same together with the vouchers attached thereto, finds that said report is true and correct in all
<br />things, and should be approved and allowed as and for said administratrix's final report, said estate
<br />settled and closed, and her official bondsmen released and said adminietratrix discharged.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska or the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the final report filed herein by Dora Henne, administratrix, be, and the
<br />same is hereby in all things approved and allowed as and for said administratrix's final report,
<br />said estate settled and closed and said administratrix and her official bondsmen discharged from
<br />any further liability.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of his death, and
<br />hereinbefore described, did pass and descend under and by virtue of the Statutes of Descent, of the
<br />State of Nebraska as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is accordingly made.

<br />a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk author -
<br />ized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the
<br />Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
