<br />(9) That the death of Arthur S.Tharp, son of the deceased, occurred prior to the death of the said
<br />Ella K.Tharp, deceased, and that he left surviving him as his sole heirs his two children, viz
<br />Byron A.Tharp, son, Verdigre, Nebraska
<br />Buelah Gilett, daughter, Brewerton, New York
<br />which persons, under the law, are entitled to the share which would have been taken by the said
<br />Arthur S.Tharp, their father, had he not predeceased the said Ella K.Tharp, deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the final account of the said Ben-
<br />jamin R.McGrath, executor of the last will and testament of Ella K. Tharp, deceased, be and the
<br />same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed; that upon the payment of the costs of
<br />administration and of allowances, the special legacies and the delivery of the personal property,
<br />and upon the filing in this court of the receipts of the heirs and legatees for their respective
<br />bequests and legacies, the said Benjamin R. McGrath will be discharged from his trust as executor
<br />and the sureties on his official bond will be released.

<br />OF RICHARD HENNE, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 23rd day of March, 1938, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Dora Henne, administratiix of the estate of Richard Henne, deceased, and upon her petition
<br />for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, and her discharge herein,
<br />and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds as follows:
<br />That Dora Henne filed her petition in this Court on the 23rd day of September, 1937, alleging, among
<br />other things, that Richard Henne departed this life intestate on the 2nd day of July, 1937, and that
<br />at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of said County and State and was the owner
<br />of an estate to be administered in said County; that upon reading and filing said petition an order
<br />was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said petition, giving
<br />notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice for three successive weeks in
<br />the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in said County, and that
<br />said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and as by law required, and Letters of
<br />Administration granted to said petitioner upon the filing of her bond in this Court as required by
<br />law.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court ___
