<br />I. Ella K.Tharp, being of sound mind and in good health, do hereby make, publish and declare this
<br />to be my last will, hereby revoking all other wills by me made before this and provide as follows:
<br />1. I hereby bequeath the sum of $25.00 to each of my two daughters, Mrs. Zoe Nbwherter of 4557
<br />South M St., Tacoma, Washington, and M rs Zella Johnson of Payette, Idaho; the balance of my estate,
<br />I hereby devise and bequeath to my other five children, namely, Arthur S.Tharp, of Groton, New York,
<br />Fred Tharp, of Missoula,Montana, Mrs. Lou E.O'Brien, of Canning, South Dakota, Floyd A.Tharp, of
<br />Gillete, Wyoming and Mrs. Hazel J.Potts, of Western. Wyoming, share and share alike.
