<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Five (5) in John Voitle's Addition to the city of Grand Island, and
<br />The north ten acres of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 10, Tornship 11, Range 9
<br />West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner
<br />of Section Ten (10), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., running
<br />thence twenty rods south; thence eighty rods east; thence twenty rods north; thence eighty rods
<br />west, to the place of beginning.

<br />Also the west half of the northeast quarter, and southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, and
<br />the southeast quarter, of Section Nine (9); and the west half of the west half of Section Ten (10),

<br />Herbert G.Palmer, share and share alike, all under the terms and provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of Hiram J.Palmer, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that there is a certificate of the Nebraska National Bank, and a note of
<br />Elmer Peterson and Peter F.Peterson, and the Executor is hereby ordered to assign to the residuary
<br />legatees named in said last will and testament, to -wit: Mabel W.Palmer, Charles J.Palmer, Hazel
<br />Gilchrist, Helen Schourup, and Herbert G.Palmer, said certificate and note.
