<br />Now, on this 23rd day of February, 1935: this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />William Buhr, Executor of the last will and testament of Hiram J.Palmer, deceased, and upon his
<br />petition for settlement of the said estate,
<br />The Court, having examined the records and files in said estate,.and,being duly advised, finds that
<br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />fixed for hearing upon said final report, as eretofore ordered by the Court, and no one.appearing to
<br />object thereto, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony
<br />in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that said report is true and cor-
<br />rect in all things and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that said Hiram J.Palmer departed this life in Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />October 1, 1936, and that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on October , 1936, a petition was filed in the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the
<br />last will and testament of Hiram J.Palmer, deceased., that the Court thereupon fixed the date of
<br />November , 1936, as the date for hearing on said petition and for making proof of said last will
<br />and testament, and due notice of the filing of said petition was given, and of the date and place
<br />fixed for hearing thereon, as ordered by the Court, and in the manner provided by law, and on said
<br />date said instrument was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate as and for the last will and
<br />testament of said Hiram J.Palmer, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to
<br />William Buhr, Executor as named in said last will and testament, and he duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate and that said time has fully ex-
<br />pired, and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid, and that costs of administering
<br />said estate have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that the Executor has complied with the provisions of said last will and
<br />testament and has paid the legacies and delivered possession of all personal and real property to
<br />the legatees and devisees therein named.
<br />The Court further finds that said Hiram J.Palmer died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />The east six feet of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, in Block 109 in Railroad Addition, to the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 9 in Block 1�+ in Russel Wheeier's Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Lot 4 in Block 71 in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />Lot 7 in Block 5 in John Voitle's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The north 10 acred of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 11, Range 9
<br />West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Commencing.at the northwest corner of
<br />Section 10, in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., running thence 20 rods south;thenee
<br />50 rods east; thence 20 rods north; thence 50 rods west, to the place of beginning, in HAil County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />West half northeast quarter, southwest quarter of northeast quarter, and the southeast quarter, of
<br />Section 9; and west half of the west half Section 10, and west half of west half of Section 15, all
<br />in Township 16, Range 22, Custer County, Nebraska,
<br />and that all of said real estate was devised to Mabel W.Palmer, Charles J.Palmer, Hazel Gilchrist,
<br />Helen SchouDup, and Herbert G.Palmer, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate, if any such
<br />there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Executor be
