<br />No., 7 HALL COUNTY
<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />I. Hiram J.Palmer, widower, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and Form following, that is to
<br />say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved grand- daughter, Evelyn Palmer, Daughter of my deceased son,
<br />Harry Palmer, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100) to be paid to her within one year after my death.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give an¢i bequeath to my daughter, Mabel W.Palmer, the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00) to
<br />be paid to her within one year after my death. I also give and bequeath to my said daughter,
<br />Mabel W.Palmer, the automobile owned by me at the time of my death.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate, both real and
<br />personal, of which I shall die the owner, to my children, Mabel W.Palmer, Charles J.Palmer,Hazel
<br />Gilchrist, Helen Schourup, and Herbert G.Palmer, share and share alike.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint R.R.Horth, and William Suhr, and the survivor of either, as executors or
<br />executor of this will.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.

<br />ment, and we, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />15th day of October 1936, the instrument,purporting to be the last will and testament of Hiram J.
<br />Palmer, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 13th day of November 1936,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Hiram J.Palmer, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
