<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband, Gustave N.Cornelius, all the personal
<br />property of which I may die possessed to be his absolutely.

<br />I hereby devise the real estate of which I may die possessed unto my beloved husband, Gustave N.
<br />Cornelius, for the term of his natural life and at his death, then to my Son, Walter Cornelius, and
<br />to his heirs forever, in fee simple absolute; provided, however, that during the lifetime of the said
<br />Gustave N.Cornelius neither he nor the said Walter Cornelius shall sell, mortgage, alienate or lien
<br />said real estate in any manner whatsoever; and provided further that it is my request that so long
<br />as my beloved husband, Gustave N.Cornelius, shall not desire to occupy the house and premises now
<br />owned by me, that my son, Walter Cornelius, shall have a prior option to rent said premises as the
<br />same price as is elsewhere obtainable.
<br />1V.
<br />The rest and residue of my estate of any and all natures whatsoever, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved husband, Gustave N.Cornelius, to be his absolutely.
<br />V.
<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved husband, Gustave N.Cornelius, to be the Execu-
<br />tor of this, my last Will and Testament, and request that no bond be required of him.

<br />she then being of sound mind and under no compulsion, executed the foregoing instrument in our

<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
