<br />given as ordered by this court, and no appearances, either in person, or by pleading, or attorney
<br />having been made by any one objecting to said petition, said matter was submitted to the court by
<br />petitioner's attorney; and upon consideration of said petition, and of the notice published, and of
<br />the evidence, records and files, the court finds:
<br />lot: Generally in favor of the petitioner, and against all other persons or parties; that the
<br />allegations of said petition are true.
<br />2nd: That Melissa E.McLaughlin died intestate on the 10th day of October, 1902, a resident and in-
<br />habitant of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3rd: That said deceased died seized of the fee simple title to Lots 10 and 12, in Block 17, in Col-
<br />lege Addition to Nest Lawn, Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska; that more than two years have elapsed
<br />since deceased's death, and no application for appointment of an administrator of deceased's estate
<br />has been made, and no administration of said deceased's estate has been had in the state of Nebraska;
<br />that the sole and only heirs at law of said deceased were Kithura Ann Willis) otherwise known as
<br />Keturah Ann Willis, mother of said deceased, and William F.McLaughlin,husband of said deceased;
<br />that the above described real estate descended to the aforesaid mother of said deceased in fee
<br />simple, subject to the estate of curtest' therein inherited by William F.McLaughlin,husband of said
<br />deceased; that Aaron Carpenter is now the owner of said real estate, and derives his title thereto
<br />by mesne conveyances.
<br />4th: That all claims and demands of every nature, both absolute and contingent have been paid and
<br />satisfied. -
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, AND ADJUDGED that a decree is entered determining the date of
<br />deceased's death, her heirs at law, that she died intestate, a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, that right of descent of above described real estate, and that all claims both
<br />absolute and contingent are barred, all as prayed in said petition and as found in the findings of
<br />this decree.
