<br />I, Paul N.K-irk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />12th day of August, 1937, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of John B.
<br />Jantzi, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 15th day of September, 1937,
<br />said instrument to which this - certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Oohn B.J antzl,deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 14th day of February, 1938, this cause came on for hearing upon the application of Mary
<br />M.Jantzi, executrix of the estate of John B.Jantzi, deceased;
<br />AND IT APPEARING TO THE COURT from the proof on file that due notice as required by law has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate, of the filing of the final report of the said Mary
<br />M.Jantzi, and of the time fixed for hearing on said report.
<br />AND IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that no objection has been filed to said report, and that said report
<br />is correct and should be approved by the Court.
<br />AND IT FURTHER APPEARING TO THE COURT after an examination of the files and of the receipts filed
<br />in this office, that all claims against said estate, the costs of adrmnistration, the expense.of the
<br />last sickness, and the funeral expenses, have been fully paid, and that the inheritance tax as fixed
<br />by the Court has been paid, and receipt therefor has been filed in this office.
<br />AND IT FURTHER APPEARING TO THE COURT that the executrix has accounted for all funds coming into
<br />her hands and that the property remaining on hand, as shown by said report, passed to Mary M.Jantzi
<br />under the terms and provisions of the will of John B.Jantzi, deceased, and that all claims filed
