<br />.Fred W.Hessel, Sr., executor of the estate of Michael O'Connor, deceased, together with the payment
<br />of Court costs and attorney fees paid this date, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />and for said executor's final report, said.estate settled and closed and said executor discharged
<br />and the surety on his official bond released from any further liability in said.me.nner.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate have
<br />been paid, that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by
<br />the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS Ft1RTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the sole surviving heir -at -law and
<br />only heir -at -law of the said Michael O'Connor, deceased, is Fred W.Hessel, Sr.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the property owned by the said
<br />deceased shall descend to Fred W.Hessel, Sr.; and that the real estate owned by the said deceased,
<br />at the time of his death, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast quarter (SE4) of the Northwest. quarter (NWa), and a strip of land two rods in width
<br />on the East side of the Southwest quarter (SW4), all in Section eleven (11), Township eleven (11),
<br />Range ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, containing forty =two acres of land,
<br />more or less.
<br />did descend to the Fred W.Hessel, Sr., and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />tificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL O'CONNOR,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cer-
<br />tificates in his oven name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />I, John B.Jantzi, now residing in Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, but mind-
<br />ful of the uncertainties of this mortal life, do make, publish and declare the following to be my
<br />Last Will and Testament:
<br />1.
<br />I order and direct that all my just debts, the expenses of my last sickness, my funeral charges
<br />and the costs of administering my estate be paid from the personal property of which I may die
<br />possessed.
<br />2.
<br />All the rest, balance, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal and wheresoever
<br />situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary M.Jantzi, to be hers absolutely.
<br />In making disposition of my property in this way, I have not forgotten mr overlooked any of my
<br />beloved children, to -wit: Ezra EyRoyden B, Nettie I, Ethel 1, and Daniel J.Jantzi. I am satisfied
