<br />Michael O'Connor, deceased.
<br />I. Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />6th day of May 1937, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Michael O'Connor
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of June 1937, said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Michael O'Connor, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />O'CONNOR, Deceased. )
<br />NOW on this 16th day of February, 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report,
<br />filed herein by Fred W.Hessel Sr., the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executor of the Estate
<br />of Michael O'Connor Deceased, together with his petition for the approval and allowance of said
<br />report, settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined the
<br />records and files herein, including said final report, together with the agreement attached
<br />thereto, heard the evidence in support thereof, and being fully advised in the premises, finds: -
<br />That said report is true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for
<br />his final report, said estate should be settled and closed, and said executor discharged and the
<br />surety on his official bond released from any further liability in said matter:
<br />That Notice has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the time and place
<br />fixed for a hearing thereon by publication in the Grand Island Independent for three successive
<br />weeks, as provided by law, and all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the
<br />time fixed by the Court, if any suchthere be, should be foreter barred and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />That the said Michael O'Connor, deceased, departed this life testate on the 29th day of April, 1937,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and leaving a last will and
<br />testament, which has heretofore been probated herein.
<br />That said deceased left surviving him as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs -at -law, and persons en-
<br />titled to share in his estate the following named to -wit:
<br />Fred W.Hessel, Sr., his father -in -last,
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate consisting almost entirely of real
<br />estate, the said real estate being described as follows:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Northwest quarter (NPJ*), and a strip of land two rods in
<br />width on the East side of the Southwest quarter (SWJ), all in Section eleven (11), Township eleven
<br />(11), Range ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, containing forty -two (42) acres
<br />of land, more or less.
<br />That by virtue of the last will and testament of the said Michael O'Connor, deceased, his entire
<br />estate was devised and bequeath -- to the said Fred W.Hessel,8r.
<br />That in the proceedings of this estate, the name of O'Connor appears as Michael O'Connor;:.and
<br />Michael 0' Conner and wherever it appears that way, it refers to one and the same person; that
<br />in the proceedings of this estate, the name of Hessel appears as Fred W.Hessel,Sr.,and Fred W.
<br />Hessel, and wherever it appears that way, it refers to one and the same person.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the State
<br />of Nebraska or under the laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein by
