<br />Jordan, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed, and the said administratrix discharged from
<br />her trust; that the distribution of the personal property as set out in the Final Report is hereby

<br />To Francis J.Jordan and Clarence W.Jordan, sons, each an undivided One -third (113) interest therein

<br />LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF MICHAEL O'CONNOR.
<br />I, Michael O'Connor, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, but not
<br />unmindful of the possibility of death, do hereby make, publish and declare this,my last will and
<br />testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made:
<br />1.
<br />In the event of my death, I direct that all-my just debts and funeral expenses,be first paid out
<br />of my estate.

<br />Not having any children or wife surviving me, I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my property
<br />which I may own at the time of my death, whether real or personal, unto my beloved father -in -law,
<br />Fred W.Hessel, Sr., of Grand Island,Nebraska, to him and to his heirs and assigns forever.

<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the said Fred W.Aessel, Sr., as executor of this, my last
<br />will and testament, and request that no bond be required of him except his own personal recognizance.
