<br />1. I direct that all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness, death and
<br />burial, be paid as soon as can conveniently be done after my death.
<br />2. Unto my beloved wife, Anna J.Mader, I give and bequeath all of my property both real and per-
<br />sonal, to have and to hold for and during her natural life, with the provision that should my wife
<br />find it necessary for her support or care, to use more than the income for such purposes, then she
<br />is hereby authorized to use of the corpus of the personal property, so much as is necessary for her
<br />care and support. This provision in favor of my wife, shall be in lieu of all of her statutory
<br />rights in my estate.
<br />3. Unto my beloved daughter, Maude C.Anderson, I give and bequeath the sum of Fifteen Hundred and
<br />no /100 ($1500.00) -- Dollars, the same to be paid to her within 12 months after the death of the
<br />surviuor to myself and wife; if she does not survive myself and wife then said bequest of $1500.00
<br />shall be paid in equal shares to the children of my said daughter, under the same terms as herein
<br />provided for my daughter.
<br />4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, I give, devise and be-
<br />queath unto my beloved children Marie E.Mader, John F.Mader and Ralph A.Mader, share and share alike,
<br />to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever.
<br />5. I hereby nominate my beloved wife, Anna J.Mader, executrix of this my last will and testament and
<br />request that she be permitted to qualify without furnishing sureties on her bond as such.

<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
