<br />At a Session of the County Court held in and for said County, at the County Court Room, in the City
<br />of Hastings, County of Adams, and State of Nebraska.

<br />and the subject matter of this estate.
<br />The above named executrix present in court, also her attorneys Stiner, Boslaugh & Stiner, Hastings,
<br />Nebraska. No objections having been filed to the report so filed by said executrix, or to the prayer
<br />of her petition, evidence is heard and in consideration of the files and records herein, and of the
<br />evidence, the court finds:
<br />That Anthony A.Lembach departed this life, a resident -of Adams County, Nebraska,.on the 18th day of
<br />June, 1937; that he left surviving him as his sole heirs at law, next of kin, devisees and legatees
<br />the following; persons:
<br />Wilhelmine Lembach, widow, Hastings Nebraska
<br />Carl Lembach, brother,- Lexington, Nebraska.
<br />that said deceased left no child or children, nor any child or children of any deceased child him
<br />surviving, nor father, nor mother.
<br />That on the 29th day of June, 1937, Wilhelmine Lembach filed in this court her petition praying for
<br />the allowance of an instrument which she alleged to be the last will and testament of said deceased;
<br />that- due notice was given by publication of the time and place of hearing said petition, and on the
<br />17th day of July, 1937, this court made and entered an order finding, allowing and probating said
<br />instrument as the last will and testament of said deceased; that said instrument, with a copy of
<br />the order probating same, was in words and figures as follows:

<br />I,Anthony A.Lembach, of the city-of Hastings, Adams County, state of Nebraska, being of sound and
<br />disposing mind and memory, and being conscious of the uncertainty of life, do hereby make, publish
<br />and declare this my last will and testament.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Wilhelmine Lembach, all my property of every kind and
<br />description whatsoever, both real and personal.
<br />I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Wilhelmine Lembach executrix of this my last will and
<br />testament and request that no other bond be required of her as such executrix, except her own per-
<br />sonal obligation. (continued)
