<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
<br />I, Parker Switzer, of Bradshaw in the County of York, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain,
<br />publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my deceased as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, I order the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved wife, Ellen Switzer, the use and income from all my property, both real and personal,
<br />of whatever nature I may die possessed, during her life time.
<br />Third, After the death of my wife, Ellen Switzer, I give, devise and bequeath unto my Daughter,
<br />Edna Johnson, lot seven and the south half of lot eight in Block six in Richards Addition to the
<br />village of Bradshaw, Nebr., being the home I now occupy; Unto my Daughter, Floy Tracy, the west
<br />twenty feet of the east 46 feet of lots 23 and 24 in block ten of the village of .Bradshaw,Nebr.;
<br />And unto my Son, Harry Switzer, I give, devise and bequest all of the remainder of the Estate both
<br />Real and Personal, including the home now occupied by my Son, Harry, in Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />LASTLY, I made, consttute and appoint my -Son, Harry Switzer and my Son- in- law,Martin Johnson to be
<br />Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my -name and affixed my seal the 8th day of May, in
<br />the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred thirty -four.

<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said
<br />testator Parker Switzer to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request
<br />have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.

<br />deceased and was duly proved, according to law, as the last will and testament of the real and per-
<br />sonal estate of said deceased, and the same was admitted to probate and ordered filed and recorded
<br />as such.
